Using this website
You may browse our services and work, send a genuine enquiry and use an account provided to you. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the service or upload harmful or unlawful content.
Enquiries and project agreements
Submitting an enquiry does not place an order or create a commitment to buy. Scope, pricing, payment terms, deliverables and timescales are set out in your individual proposal or agreement. No payment is taken on this website.
Client portal
Accounts are provided to existing clients. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell Ewe Designs if you believe they have been compromised. Decisions you make on issued quotes or documents are recorded with the version, account and time. Read the full document and acknowledgement before accepting. This is not a certified electronic-signature service.
Our work and intellectual property
The Ewe Designs name, brand assets and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Portfolio examples may include material belonging to clients and other rights holders. Do not reproduce them without the appropriate permission. Ownership and usage rights for commissioned work are set out in the project agreement.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep information accurate and the service available, but website information is general guidance, not a guarantee of a specific result. Contact us to confirm current service details. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or affects your statutory rights.
